Jeff Van Kirk serves as COTR Southwest Florida's senior pastor. He most recently has served as CARE Pastor and CFO for The North Church, COTRI's base church in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX metroplex.

He joined The North Church staff in December of 1999 as a staff pastor. Prior to joining the staff, Jeff served as a lay leader over the North Church's Marriage Plus ministry for over 8 years and had been involved in leadership at The North Church since he and his wife, Sheila became church members in July of 1989.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science from Robert Morris College in Accounting and holds a Masters Degree in Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He is currently working on his Doctorate in Theology. He and and his wife, Sheila have been married since 1987 and have two daughters, Jessica and Sarah. They reside in Miromar Lakes, Florida.
